संपदा निदेशालय का मुख्य कार्य भारत सरकार के पात्र कार्यालयों के अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों के सरकारी रिहायशी आवास के आबंटन की व्यवस्था करना है। आबंटन प्रकिया पूर्णरूप से स्वचालित है और आबंटन आनलाइन आवेदन के माध्यम से किया जाता है।
आवंटन के साथ, निदेशालय निम्नलिखित सेवाएं प्रदान करता है जैसे –

Directorate of Estates administers the booking of Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels (TOH) of Government of India which are maintained by Central Public Works Department.
All the Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels have various types of rooms to cater to the different requirements of guests.
All the bookings and payments of Holiday Homes and TOH are done online through the eSampada website and mobile app.
The bookings are done on ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis subject to fulfilment of prescribed eligibility, time limit and payment of booking charges, etc.

संपदा निदेशालय केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा अनुरक्षण किए जाने वाले भारत सरकार के हॉलिडे होम और टूरिंगऑफिसर्सहॉस्टपलों (टीओएच) की बुकिंग की व्यवस्था करता है।
सभी हॉलिडे होम और टूरिंगऑफिसर्सहॉस्टललोंमें अतिथियों की विभिन्न आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए अलग-अलग प्रकार के कमरे हैं।
हॉलिडे होम और टूरिंगऑफिसर्सहॉस्ट लोंकी सभी बुकिंग और भुगतान ई-संपदा वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से आनलाइन किया जाता है।
बुकिंग निर्धारित पात्रता, समय सीमा और बुकिंग प्रभार इत्यादि के भुगतान को पूरा करने के अध्यधीन ‘पहले आओ, पहले पाओ‘ आधार पर की जाती है।

A Type VIII Bungalow in the heart of the city is allotted for marriage and social purposes on payment of license fees for a maximum period of 5 days. The procedure of allotment of 5 Ashoka Road is governed by the Policy formulated from time to time and is maintained by CPWD.
The venue is allotted, on the payment of licence fee, as per the list of preference as per the rules governing the allotment of bungalow.
Open Lawn at Kidwai Nagar (East) can be used exclusively for marriage/social functions on payment of license fees for a maximum period of 5 days. The procedure of allotment of Kidwai Nagar (East) Lawn is governed by the Policy formulated from time to time and is maintained by NBCC.
The Lawn is allotted, on the payment of licence fee, as per the list of preference as per the rules governing its allotment.
Constructed in 1956, Vigyan Bhawan forms the main centre for International Conferences and other meetings arranged by various Government and Private Organizations. Directorate of Estates is the custodian of Vigyan Bhawan since 2nd December, 1992. Various of halls of Vigyan Bhawan are allotted for important conclaves and seminars based on the priority as per rules of allotment, at a payment of licence fee.
शहर के बीच में स्थित एक टाइप VIII बंगला लाइसेंस शुल्क के भुगतान पर 5 दिनों की अधिकतम अवधि हेतु विवाह और सामाजिक उद्देश्यों हेतु आबंटित किया जाता है। 5, अशोक रोड की आबंटन प्रकिया समय समय पर बनायी गयी नीतियों द्वारा नियंत्रित होती है और इसका रखरखाव के.लो.नि.वि द्वारा किया जाता है।
बंगले के आबंटन को अधिशासित करने वाले नियमों के अनुसार प्राथमिकता की सूची के आधार पर लाइसेंस शुल्क के भुगतान पर स्थल आबंटित किया जाता है।
किदवई नगर (पूर्व) में खुले लॉन का उपयोग लाइसेन्स शुल्क के भुगतान पर विशेष रूप से विवाह/सामाजिक समारोह हेतु अधिकतम 5 दिनों की अवधि के लिए किया जा सकता है | किदवई नगर (पूर्व) लॉन के आबंटन की प्रक्रिया समय-समय पर प्रतिपादित नीति द्वारा अधिशासित होती है तथा इसका रख-रखाव एनबीसीसी द्वारा किया जाता है |
इसके आबंटन को अधिशासित करने वाले नियमों के अनुसार बनी वरीयता सूची के अनुसार लाइसेन्स शुल्क के भुगतान पर लॉन का आबंटन किया जाता है |
वर्ष 1956 में निर्मित, विज्ञान भवन विभिन्न सरकारी और निजी संगठनों द्वारा आयोजित किए जाने वाले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों और अन्य बैठकों का मुख्य केंद्र है। संपदा निदेशालय 2 दिसंबर,1992 से इसका संरक्षक है। विज्ञान भवन के विभिन्न हालों को लाइसेंस शुल्क के भुगतान पर आबंटन नियमावली के अनुसार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर महत्वपूर्ण सभाओं और संगोष्ठियों हेतु आबंटित किया जाता है।
Directorate of Estates administers the allotment of Office Accommodation at Delhi and other locations. The office spaces are allotted to eligible central government offices, based on availability of space. Office space is allotted to offices considering parameters like the employee strength of offices, etc.
Ministerial Set Accommodations are also managed by Directorate of Estates
Directorate of Estates manages the allotment and ownership rights of INA Market as well as the newly constructed markets in New Moti Bagh and Kidwai Nagar (East)
संपदा निदेशालय दिल्ली और अन्य स्थानों पर कार्यालय वास के आबंटन की व्यवस्था करता है। केंद्र सरकार के पात्र कार्यालयों को स्थान की उपलब्धता के आधार पर कार्यालय स्थान आबंटित किया जाता है। कार्यालय स्थान कार्यालयों के कर्मचारियों की संख्या इत्यादि जैसे मापदण्डों पर विचार करते हुए आबंटित किए जाते हैं।
मंत्रालयीय सेट वास भी संपदा निदेशालय द्वारा प्रबंधित किया जाता है।
संपदा निदेशालय आई.एन.ए मार्केट के साथ साथ न्यू मोती बाग और किदवई नगर (पूर्व) में नवनिर्मित बाजारों के आबंटन और मालिकाना अधिकारों का प्रबंधन करता है।
